PB&J row ends in knife attack arrest

Family disputes at the dinner table are not a new thing.

But when it comes to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, you don't want to mess with Jerome Davis of Des Moines.

The man allegedly pulled out a knife on his brother after an argument about one of his favorite sandwiches, the Des Moines Register reported.

Davis “made three peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and ate them in the living room", a police report said.

“Within the next hour, the suspect made another three of these peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, bringing his total consumption of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to six.

“This angered the victim.”

Davis then allegedly pulled a knife and held it to his brother's face as they argues about laziness and over-eating.

Davis was charged with domestic abuse with a weapon, KCCI reports.
