Dirty Dicks celebrate 45 years

t is 45 years since the Dirty Dicks theatre restaurant first opened its doors in Perth. To mark the achievement the organisation is coming to Bunbury tomorrow night.

IMAGINE enjoying a dinner only to be bombarded with side-splitting comedy, witty songs and hysterical antics of medieval mirth and merriment.

This is the theme of Dirty Dick's theatre restaurant and this year marks 45 years since the first time they opened their doors in Perth.

Dirty Dick's is an evening full of entertainment with a great cast - newly-crowned Monarch King Randolph, his merry minstrel Master Dirty Dick and saucy head wench, Fanny Farquar.

Dirty Dick's managing director Simon Mumby said the entertainment was a magnificent night of fun and feasting set in a medieval, old-English time.

"It's a fantastic three-course dinner feast and a chance to let your hair down and escape into that time again," he said.

"It is a really good night of fun and the stage shows are all fully scripted and we always get the audience involved."

Mr Mumby has been involved with Dirty Dick's for 38 years and said it was a timeless brand of entertainment.

"This type of entertainment has stood the test of time and we are now entertaining the grand kids from the parents from 45 years ago," he said.

Dirty Dick's theatre restaurant will be coming to the Quality Hotel Lord Forrest Hotel tomorrow night.
