Breast cancer survivors urged to try sessions

Breast cancer survivor Kaye Street is encouraging women to participate in a free exercise program commencing in Feburary.

Mrs Street beat the disease after being diagnosed 21 years ago.

She now dedicates her time to helping others and hopes to be a positive role model for other women.

Mrs Street was inspired to train as a YWCA Encore presenter after benefitting from the program as a participant.

“I want to encourage women at any stage of their breast cancer journey, those who have recently had treatment and women who had treatment three or four, or even 10 years ago, to sign up,” she said.
