Matches Fashion serves Perth shoppers

In a crowded online marketplace, Matches Fashion has bent over backwards to stand out from the bunch and make online shopping as easy as possible for Australian customers.

After countless shopper enquiries, the luxury UK based retailer launched MyStylist, a one-on-one advice service for avid fashion devotees crying out for help with trends and how to work them into their existing wardrobes.

Just like a personal shopper at a brick and mortar store, MyStylist caters to individual clients' likes and dislikes while demystifying high fashion trends for everyday wear.

In Perth for a VIP customer event at Mosmans Restaurant yesterday, MyStylist Australian advisor Tiffany Yew told AAA that Matches Fashion's growing Perth customer was trend savvy and always on the lookout for the next big thing.

"I find that Perth customers are very fashion forward and fashion oriented and I think that's to do with having easy access to things online now," Yew said.

"With online shopping trends become so accessible and Australian shoppers are very quick on the uptake."

In addition to a love of trends direct from the runway, international MyStylist manager Laura Mistry revealed that stylish locals have become rather fond of the online shopping destination's styling service.

"We're a personal concierge service so we get to know our clients and we build relationships with them which means we can tailor our advice specifically for our customers," Mistry said.

"We are available 24/7 via phone or email and we work around our clients. We offer advice on sizing, general styling queries or if people have an event coming up we offer head to toe looks."

In the lead up to Christmas, Mistry, Yew and their Matches Fashion colleagues are dedicated to finding and sharing top notch present ideas with their loyal customers.

"The Mansur Gavriel bags are a real key piece that I think will be huge for gifting this Christmas," Mistry said.

"For men the Balenciaga trainers are a great gifting idea and the Bottega Veneta leather goods as well, they're very classic and are a great gift piece."
