Popcorn with truffle salt

Makes 6 cups

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup popping corn

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp truffle salt

Heat the oil in a large, heavy based saucepan and then pour in the popping corn. Replace the lid and listen to the corn popping, when you can only hear one or two pops per second, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the butter and truffle salt and serve.
