Cohen and Osbourne 'just friends'
Australia's Next Top Model mentor Didier Cohen has hosed down speculation he is romancing Kelly Osbourne.
Osbourne has been in Australia this month to shoot a segment as a guest judge for the Foxtel show and the two seem to have been inseparable.
They took in the Sydney Harbour during a luxury yacht cruise, were spotted out on several dinner dates and have posted a string of intimate snaps to their Instagram accounts.
The duo, both 29, even apparently tricked radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O into thinking they were an item last week.
However, Cohen has now set the record straight, insisting their relationship is purely platonic.
"Kelly and I are just good friends," he told an Eastern States publication.
"I've known her for a long time from hanging out together in LA."
The rumours reached boiling point last week when Cohen confirmed he and his model girlfriend Jade Cara had parted ways.
The genetically blessed couple had been dating for 15 months but their individual schedules seem to have got in the way.
"It just wasn't working because of the distance," Cohen, above with Osbourne, said.
"She is mostly shooting in LA while I am here in Sydney filming Australia's Next Top Model.
"It's too hard to date someone on the other side of the planet."
