WAFL drops Morabito report

Anthony Morabito and Fremantle can rest easy, again, after his latest WAFL report was withdrawn by the match review panel this morning.

Morabito was booked for making forceful front-on contact while playing for Peel against South Fremantle last Saturday.

However, he was found not to have a case to answer.

But Morabito will stay have at least a week off with the WAFL having a general bye because of the State match with the NEAFL and Fremantle also has a rest in round 10.

It was the second time Morabito has been cleared of a WAFL match-day report.

South Fremantle's Ashton Hams was also reported in the match but he was handed a reprimanded and is free to represent WA in Sydney.
