Crash victim flown to hospital

A person is being airlifted to Perth after two cars collided in Australind.

Firefighters from Bunbury and Eaton had to free the trapped person after a crash near the intersection of Old Coast Road and Galway Boulevard just before midday.

The person will be taken to Royal Perth Hospital via the RAC helicopter.

Motorcyclist injured

A 55-year-old man was critically injured when his motorcycle hit a tree in Secret Harbour.

The incident happened shortly after 6am at the intersection of Taviano Vista and Secret Harbour Boulevard.

The man was initially taken to Rockingham Hospital but was later transferred to Royal Perth Hospital, where he is in a critical condition.
