String of charges for prison escapee

An escaped prisoner who led police on a two-day manhunt across Perth's eastern suburbs this week will face court today on string of charges.

Bradley John McIntosh-Narrier had been on the run since Friday afternoon when he fled from two Serco prison transport guards at Joondalup Health Campus.

Regional Investigations Unit officers charged the 27-year-old, of Midland, of the escape and a number of incidents that followed.

Police allege Narrier was involved in burglaries, the theft of vehicles and a number of pursuits. These are alleged to have occurred in Joondalup, Armadale, Kelmscott and Champion Lakes.

He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court via video link on charges of escaping lawful custody, aggravated armed robbery, aggravated burglary and commit, burglary and commit, stealing, steal a motor vehicle and driving recklessly, attempt to steal a motor vehicle, failinging to stop, assaulting a public officer, criminal damage and possess a prohibited drug (methylamphetamine).
