Story behind touching photo of coronavirus patient in bed on the street
A world-renowned doctor has shared a dystopian-looking picture with a heartwarming story about a coronavirus patient who has been stuck inside for nearly a month.
Dr Ali Khan, an American physician and former Assistant Surgeon General, shared the photo of a coronavirus patient venturing outside a Chinese hospital in the epicentre of the disease for the first time in weeks.

“At People's Hospital of Wuhan University, a physician rolled a hospital bed outside so a 87-year-old patient who had been hospitalised for nearly a month could enjoy the sunset,” Dr Khan tweeted, sharing the touching moment.
“The best of us,” he described the heartwarming snap along with the hashtag “SARS2019p”, referring to the recent coronavirus outbreak.

Victorian doctor among new confirmed cases in Australia
Victorian Health Minister, Jenny Mikakos addressed reporters on Saturday morning and confirmed a doctor in Victoria is the state’s 11th confirmed case of the coronavirus.
The doctor, aged in his 70s and from Toorak displayed “mild” symptoms on a flight from the United States and he is now recovering in home isolation.
“It was confirmed positive last night following a series of tests,” Ms Mikakos said.
“He became unwell with a runny nose on an internal flight from Denver to San Francisco on February 27, US time, then flew from San Francisco to Melbourne on United Airlines flight 0060, arriving at approximately 9:30am Saturday the 29 February.”
The doctor consulted with approximately 70 patients from Monday, March 2 until Friday March 6 at the Toorak clinic on Malvern Road.
The patients have been contacted through text message, the Health Minister confirmed and the clinic is now closed.
All patients who saw the doctor have been asked to self-isolate for 14 days.
The doctor also visited two patients in a nursing home in Malvern and the residents are being isolated in their rooms.
There are now more than 60 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Australia, with 22 people being cleared.
