'Everything's going great': Dad's hilarious photo from hotel quarantine

A famous father has shared a hilarious photo hotel quarantine during the pandemic.

New Zealand film and television director Taika Waititi is currently quarantining with his two children following his return to the country, and judging by his social media account it’s been a messy affair.

“One dad, two kids, everything going great.... until they found the ‘explode suitcases and trash room’ button,” he wrote.

“Looks like I got a couple of regular Led Zeppelins on my hands.”

The hotel is bursting with colour with toys and clothes strewn across the room as his daughters made themselves at home. The photo was shared on day seven of 14, he said.

On Instagram, Mr Waititi said he was “actually loving it” when Jaquie Brown, a New Zealand writer and TV presenter told him to “hang in there”.

On Twitter, one father remarked the hotel room looked just like his 12-year-old’s bedroom on a daily basis.
