The glitz and glamour of Kat Mehajer's big day unveiled in wedding video

There has been a glimpse into the glitz and glamour of Khadijeh “Kat” Mehajer's wedding over the weekend to IT engineer Ibraham Sakalaki in an eight minute video.

Kat, who is the sister of former Auburn deputy mayor Salim, celebrated her marriage to her new husband in a ceremony which was reportedly held at Longuevue Mansion in Kenthurst, followed by an evening reception at Sydney’s Doltone House, according to news.com.au.

The couple were wed in a smaller ceremony last weekend with just 30 guests but staged a much larger second celebration which was filmed.

The entire extravagant affair reportedly had a price tag of upwards of $1 million.

As you would expect with a budget that big, the video by Sydney production company Iconic Films, shows that the day seemed to be perfectly planned out and executed.

The big day consisted of expensive wedding cars and motorbikes and designer attire, including the bride's gown which reportedly cost $10,000 and was made by well-known designer Steven Khalil.

There were a number of intimate moments between the bride and groom captured throughout the day which are showcased in the video, before it comes to a close with the happy couple seen sitting together on a bench.

While it is her big day and she and her new husband are the stars of the video, Khadijeh's brother does make a few cameos as well - one of which is on a boat.

The Daily Mail reports the video was captured by the same company which filmed Salim Mehajer's big day last year.
