A popular brand of frozen dumplings has been urgently recalled over concerns about an undeclared allergen.

The food safety authority Food Standards issued a recall notice on Tuesday for Bibigo Mini Mandu Prawn Dumplings 270g.

According to the notice, the dumplings were recalled due to the presence of an unlabelled allergen, that being egg.

“Any consumers who have an egg allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,” the notice stated.
