Surprise duo named richest celebrity couple
When we think of the celebrity couples with the biggest bank accounts iconic duos like Jay and Bey, J.Lo and A-Rod and Posh and Becks come to mind, and yes, it’s true that these pairings are out-of-this-world rich.
Despite their millions (and, in some cases, billions) none of the above are quite as rich as one couple in particular: Oprah Winfrey and her partner of 35 years, Stedman Graham.
Media mogul Oprah, 66, and businessman and writer Stedman, 69, topped the list of celebrity couples with the highest combined wealth according to new data that looked at the estimated net worth of both people in each couple.

As one half of the world’s richest celeb couple, Oprah Winfrey has contributed a whopping USD$3.5billion to her and Stedman’s total net worth over her 47-year career.
Born into poverty in rural Mississippi to a teen mum in 1954, Oprah defied the odds to earn a university scholarship and become the youngest — and the first female African American — Nashville news anchor at 19-years-old.
Her revolutionary TV program, The Oprah Winfrey Show, premiered in 1986 and quickly became the number-one daytime talk show in America, running for 25 years. Oprah has also starred in films, written books and owns her own TV network, OWN.
Oprah’s long-time love Stedman brings an estimated $10million to the couple’s net worth via his NY Times best-selling self-help and business books and his corporate career.

The list also included some of our favourite royal couples including Prince William and Kate Middleton who took out 33rd position with a combined estimated net worth of USD$50million.
Will’s younger brother Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle sit in 35th position with USD$45million which should come in handy considering their Los Angeles security bill is costing the couple a reported USD$9,000 per day.
Aussie ‘royalty’ Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban came in at number 14 with a combined estimated net worth of USD$325million beating out newlyweds Justin and Hailey Bieber by a cool USD$25,000,000.
