McDonald's customer attacks workers over drink order

A foul-mouthed customer has been filmed attacking McDonald’s staff after she was told she couldn’t mix different slushie flavours together.

The violent outburst was caught on camera by Brian Allen in the US state of Ohio.

He had popped into the store in Ravenna to pick up breakfast when he witnessed the start of the altercation.

“I heard her ask for a slushie with all three flavors mixed into one,” Mr Allen told Cleveland 19 News.

“Whereupon the manager informed her that they could not do that, and she became increasingly irritated and combative and decided that she would go behind the counter and fix her own drink.”

Mr Allen recorded as the customer, clutching an empty cup in her hand, tried to force her way behind the counter.

Two female employees try to hold her back before the woman pushes them off and throws a punch at the closest staff member, connecting with the side of her head.

That employee then tells the customer to get out before the woman responds: “You get the f*** out, b*tch”.

Over several minutes the woman continues to scream and swear and snatches the mask off the staffer’s face.

She then fills up her cup with ice and tries to get behind the counter again, throwing it at a different worker who tries to stop her.

In an incredible turn of events, that worker stands up to the woman and pulls her to the ground before repeatedly punching her in the head.

Shortly after, the police turn up and arrest the customer, who has been identified as 44-year-old Cherysse Cleveland.

She was charged with two counts of misdemeanour assault and faced court on Tuesday where she pleaded not guilty.
