Man dies in cinema while watching horror movie on holiday
An elderly man has died at a movie theatre after arriving to watch horror film Annabelle Comes Home.
Bernard Wilfred Channing, 78, collapsed before the movie started inside a theatre at The Avenue Pattaya shopping mall in Thailand.
Police were informed of the British national’s death about 8pm on Tuesday night (local time), Bangkok Post reported.
According to news site The Star, Mr Channing was seated next to a local, who did not realise he had died until the end of the movie.
His body has been sent to the Bang Lamung Hospital for an autopsy.
