Neither Queensland Ambulance or Queensland Police could not give any additional information about the man.

A spokesperson for Queensland Ambulance did confirmed a male bystander in his 50s, who reportedly tried to rescue the driver, was taken to Logan Hospital for minor injuries.

The deaths comes after a man was trapped inside a bobcat for three hours earlier this year after a tipper from a semi-trailer rolled onto the machinery and crushed it at a wrecking yard in Sydney’s west.

Workers at the site used a a forklift to take some weight off the bobcat before emergency services were able to free the man.
