Major bikie accused of sexual assault

A former Comanchero bikie boss will front court charged with sexually and physically assaulting multiple women.

Strike Force Muecke was established in October last year after a 29-year-old woman alleged she had been sexually assaulted by the man between 2017 and 2021.

A 60-year-old man remains before the court over sexual assault charges relating to a total of three women.

A fourth woman -aged 27 – has recently come forward to speak to detectives over allegations she was sexually and physically assaulted by the man on two separate occasions.

Police will allege in court that he sexually assaulted the woman in May 2017 and physically assaulted her in June 2020 during a break in at her home.

Following inquiries, investigators attended a correctional facility at Silverwater on Monday and spoke to the man.

He was charged with aggravated sexual assault – inflicting actual bodily harm on victim, two counts of special aggravated break and enter and committing a serious indictable offence with a weapon, two counts of common assault, and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to a person with intent.

He was remanded in custody and is next due to appear at Penrith Local Court on Tuesday.
