Koala carer forms bond with rescued animal as he fights to save species

Koalas in Campbelltown, NSW, are the state's last chlamydia free population, but they are surrounded by roads and housing and this is leading to their deaths. Ricardo Lonza is working protect the remaining koalas living in the green wedges that surround his home. He is volunteering for Syndey Wildlife as a carer, and running an online campaign to save koalas. Video by: Michael Dahlstrom
