Student joyrider cops whopping $2.5K speeding fine

An international student has been fined more than $2400 for speeding more than 80km/h over the limit in Sydney’s north.

The student was seen behind the wheel of an Audi along the M1 Motorway at Mount Colah at 190km/h in a 110 zone on Saturday about 10pm, police said.

He then slowed down to 178km/h while police checked with a camera.
