Humza Yousaf's brother-in-law charged with drug offences
First Minister Humza Yousaf's brother-in-law is due to appear in court after being charged in connection with alleged drug offences.
Ramsay El-Nakla, 36, who is the brother of Mr Yousaf's wife Nadia El-Nakla, was arrested and charged after a break-in was reported in Dundee on Thursday.
Police also arrested and charged a 50-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman.
The trio are due to appear before Dundee Sheriff Court later on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a report of a break-in at a property on Balmoral Gardens in Dundee during the evening of Thursday 11 January.
"Three people - two men, aged 50 and 36, and a 41-year-old woman - were traced and all have been arrested and charged in connection with drug offences."
