Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter steals from her ‘archive’ wardrobe!
Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter has stolen from an “archive” wardrobe the actress keeps at home as the teen loves 1990s designer looks.
The Oscar-winning Goop founder, 51, co-parents her 19-year-old girl Apple with her Coldplay frontman dad Chris Martin, 47, and has now revealed she loves picking out pieces from her past, which include the red carpet looks she wore to promote her films from around 30 years ago.
Mum-of-two Gwyneth – who also has son Moses, 18, with Chris, and is now settled with her 53-year-old TV producer second husband Brad Falchuk – told Zanna Roberts Rassi during an interview for ‘Today with Hoda and Jenna, ’: “She loves to go into the archive and try things on, and it’s really fun.
“She’s absconded with many of the ’90s Calvin Klein skirts, tube skirts and all kinds of slip dresses, and she’s very into the ’90s –– as all the kids are apparently.”
Gwyneth previously posted an image of Apple of wearing the much-mocked semi sheer black Alexander McQueen dress she wore to the 2002 Oscars, with Apple posing with one hand on her hip and the other beneath her chin while smiling and looking to the side.
Gwyneth and Chris have been separated since 2014 when they announced they were “consciously uncoupling”.
The actress-turned-entrepreneur tied the knot with husband Brad in 2018, while Chris is believed to have spent years secretly engaged to his new 34-year-old girlfriend, ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ actress Dakota Johnson.
Gwyneth recently admitted she had moved away from glamorous clothes – and loves wearing Spanx.
She said she loved the figure-shaping brand while answering an Instagram follower’s question during an ‘Ask me Anything’ session on her Instagram Story, and also posted an image of herself wearing a red outfit which she asked her fans if it looked like a good workout outfit.
She revealed when asked what workout clothes she wears: “Weirdly I am very into Spanx.”
Gwyneth previously opened up about her love of Spanx in 2023, posing in several of the brand’s activewear options – including an Air Essentials Half-Zip sweatshirt, which Oprah Winfrey also loves, along with matching Booty Boost leggings.
