Gunman's girlfriend on the run
The girlfriend of the gunman killed when police stormed a kosher grocery store under siege in eastern Paris remains on the run.
Hayat Boumeddiene, 26, is believed to be the girlfriend of Amedy Coulibaly, who was shot dead by police to end the siege at the grocery store near the famed Jewish neighbourhood of Porte de Vincennes.
An alert had earlier been issued for both Coulibaly and Boumeddience, who were being sought in connection with the murder of policewoman Clarissa Jean-Philippe in Paris.
The officer had been attending a traffic incident in Montrouge when she was shot dead on Thursday, just a day after the Charlie Hedbo attack.

The siege at the Kosher grocery store reportedly began with Coulibaly bursting in and shooting people, declaring “you know who I am.”
A French television station that spoke to the gunman during the siege has reported the store was specifically targeted ‘because it was Jewish’.
French Interior Minister Bernand Cazenueve has confirmed four hostages died in the siege, along with the gunman, according to News Corp.
CNN reports Boumeddiene may have eluded capture from the siege during the confusion as freed hostages ran away, according to police union spokesperson Pascal Disant.
