Tragedy as girl, 4, dies after horrific car rollover

A child has died after the vehicle she was travelling in crashed in Western Australia's Great Southern agricultural region, southeast of Perth.

The vehicle carrying seven people is said to have lost control and rolled several times on Lake Grace-Newdegate Road at Newdegate on Saturday afternoon.

A four-year-old girl died of her injuries at the scene.

The other occupants of the vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries.
