Girl, 2, mauled by dog at Sydney park


A two-year-old girl has suffered bite wounds to her face and ears after she was mauled by a dog in Sydney’s south.

Paramedics were called to Turrella on Monday at 10.35am to reports the girl had been attacked in a park on Henderson Street.

The dog is believed to be an American bulldog.

NSW Ambulance said she was left with puncture wounds around her face and ears and was taken to St George Hospital in a stable condition.
