Fears for vanished Aussie teen not seen for a week

Police are imploring the public to help locate a missing Aussie teenager who has not been seen for a week.
Jamie Fowler, 17, from the Illawarra region south of Sydney was last seen in the Newcastle area on Thursday, February 1, exactly one week ago. Police hold fears over Jamie's whereabouts due to her young age.
When Yahoo News contacted police, there was no update to the investigation, which is ongoing, as of Thursday morning.
Police seeking information on Jamie Fowler's whereabouts
Despite efforts to contact Jamie over the last seven days, officers from Lake Illawarra Police are yet to locate her.
Jamie is being described as of Caucasian appearance, roughly 165cm tall, of thin build, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
