Noelle Dunphy, 43, says she was “pressured” into performing sex acts on Mr Giuliani during phone calls with friends and clients, because it made him “feel like Bill Clinton”.
She has accused the 78-year-old former New York mayor of drinking alcohol “morning, noon, and night”, regularly taking Viagra, and bragging that he was “untouchable” due to his ties to Mr Trump.
Ms Dunphy claims she recorded “alcohol-drenched rants that included sexist, racist, and anti-Semitic remarks”.
And she also says Mr Giuliani offered to sell presidential pardons for $2 million and she allegedly overheard him plotting to falsely claim the 2020 election had been “stolen”.
Mr Giuliani denies Ms Dunphy’s allegations, calling the lawsuit “pure harassment and an attempt at extortion”.
According to new court documents, Ms Dunphy said she was hired as Mr Giuliani’s executive assistant in January 2019, believing it was a “once-in-a-lifetime” job. But her $1 million salary was withheld and she was told to hide the employment to avoid being dragged into Mr Giuliani’s divorce battle.
Ms Dunphy says she was left “stunned and shaken” when Mr Giuliani kissed her in the back of a limo on her first day. Within days of starting the job, Ms Dunphy says a drunken Mr Giuliani forced her into oral sex at his New York apartment, and she claims the harassment escalated to constant demands for sex.
“Giuliani often demanded that she work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her,” her lawyers say.
Ms Dunphy, who left in January 2021, is suing for damages, claiming unlawful abuses of power, sexual assault, and $2 million in alleged unpaid wages.
