Dolphin retrieves mobile phone lost in Atlantic
It is a truth universally acknowledged, that animals make the best friends.
Not convinced? Check out this dolphin that retrieved a woman’s mobile phone that accidentally fell into the Atlantic.
American dancer Teressa Cee mistakenly dropped her phone overboard while diving with dolphins in the Atlantic.
“True Story: While in the Bahamas, I had the opportunity to go swimming with dolphins on Blue Lagoon Island,” Ms Cee wrote on Facebook.
“We were filming on this floating platform in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. So, against my better judgment I asked someone to hold my phone for me and he accidentally dropped my phone into water and it sank to the bottom.”
Ms Cee thought the device had been lost forever to the great blue, that is until Cacique, the dolphin, popped its head up out of the water.
There, in its grinning mouth, was Ms Cee’s phone.
“Cacique, the dolphin, actually retrieved my phone and brought it back up to me. Cutest thing ever!," she wrote.
