The festive season is upon, and with Christmas less than a week away it's a race against the clock for shoppers looking to stock up on food, drinks and last-minute gift ideas. With this year's holidays falling on weekdays, Aussies across the country can look forward to two long weekends beginning with the Christmas and Boxing Day weekend, which extends to a Tuesday, and the New Year's Day weekend which includes a Monday.
