The superyacht captain and gospel singer, who got engaged in September, have officially listed their Colorado townhouse for $685,000. It’s located approximately 35 minutes outside of the capital city in the cozy town of Parker and features spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.

Spread out across 3,285 square feet, the home features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a two-car garage and an outdoor patio and porch.

While Yawn and her fiancée are ready to part ways with the Denver property, their other real estate ventures haven’t always been smooth sailing.

In February, the Bravo star claimed that her and Shafer’s under-construction home in Nocatee, Fla. was left unfinished after the developers went “MIA with all of our money,” she told local Florida outlet First Coast News at the time.

"We dipped into our bank account and used every penny we had, and this is our finished product," Yawn said. She added that they’d likely have to pay an extra $800,000 after hiring additional workers to finish the home.

"We want justice and would like our money back along with the other victims," Yawn said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time.
