Monica Sirianni, 37, was well-known in Italy after appearing on Big Brother.
An Australian-born reality TV star has died during a night out at an Italian bar, reportedly collapsing to the ground while she was out with friends last Friday.
Monica Sirianni, 37, was partying in the country's southern region of Calabria when she reportedly fell ill and was rushed to hospital, where she was announced dead by hospital staff. Her cause of death is unknown, however doctors have not ruled out a heart condition, the Courier Mail reports.
The reality star was originally from Sydney but migrated to her parents' country of origin before she became a contestant on the Italian version of Big Brother between 2011 and 2012. Her family live in Australia, where her body will be repatriated.
