Nine people have been arrested on drugs and weapons charges following multiple specialist police raids targeting bikies in southeast Queensland.
Taskforce Maxima detectives allegedly found two unlicensed handguns, two rifles, cannabis, steroids, ecstasy, MHDA, synthetic amphetamines, $11,000 cash and drug utensils in the raids in the Bundaberg/Childers area.
Police say the operation, focusing on bikie gangs' drug distribution networks and tattoo parlours, nabbed nine people on 22 charges including importing a controlled substance and possession of unlicensed guns.
Detective Inspector Brendan Smith said in a statement specialist anti-bikie police worked with regional detectives to make the arrests.
"We will be relentless in our efforts because every weapon and every cache of drugs we take off the street is a win for the Queensland community," he said.
