WATCH: Rare dust devil picks up and throws backyard trampolines in SA

Residents in the South Australian city of Murray Bridge were left shocked after a rare weather event sent trampolines flying into the air.

Two backyard trampolines were hurled skywards when a dust devil hit yesterday afternoon.

Residents say they were later found dumped in a paddock about 400 metres away.

Tiles were also ripped from homes as the strong whirlwind hit the town.

Amazingly, no-one was hurt.
