WATCH: Deep-fried fish starts twitching on plate
Footage has emerged of a deep-fried fish appearing to twitch and move around while on a serving tray.
Seen next to three other fried fish, it begins to move, enough that it partially opens and its cooked meat can be seen.
A woman can be heard screaming and saying "Oh no, no no! It's cracking".
The video is said to have been taken in Hengyang, Hunan Province in southern China.

Viewers online suggested the fish was still twitching because it had been fried alive.
"Give it another five minutes or so, the fish will be cooked," one user said.
