Haunting footage shows balloon comfort sobbing mother
A family mourning the tragic death of their little boy has shared haunting footage of the moment a balloon appears to comfort them at the child’s wake.
Joy Ganda Vibar-Alamares, from the Philippines, is still grieving the loss of her seven-year-old son Trebby, who died last year.
During his wake, helium balloons were filmed floating from behind his coffin to be with those grieving.
His mother believed the balloons were moved by Trebby’s spirit, saying she felt it was his ‘last mission’.
Ms Vibar-Alamares shared the haunting footage on Facebook.
It shows a white coffin with Trebby’s portrait, surrounds by flowers and balloons.
One of the balloons begins floating towards Ms Vibar-Alamares, as her children alert her to what is happening.
While she is crying, the balloon floats into her hand and nudges her head, before floating away.
Her crying intensifies and the balloon appears to change direction all of a sudden, moving in close behind her.
Ms Vibar-Alamares starts to talk to the balloon and embraces it, floating in front of her face.
She later shared the video online with the words “thank u for the hugs and kisses, for the pure sincere genuine LOVE, I love you”.
Viewers believe the balloon was the work of her son’s spirit.
In another video also shared by the family, another balloon can be seen coming from a side corridor, floating over to Trebby’s siblings.
“I would like to believe that this was his last mission, to tell the world of HIS great love,” Ms Vibar-Alamares said in the post.
It's certainly not the first time a spiritual encounter has boggled minds.
