US teenager bashed by 'friends' who lured her to a sleep over

This is the horrifying moment that a teenage girl was viciously bashed by a group of so-called friends who lured her to a sleep over.

Naomi Johnson from Anchorage, Alaska, was at a friend’s house when she became the victim of a 10-minute brutal attack.

Sickening video of the incident which was posted on social media, shows a girl dressed in a pink top pushing the 14-year old victim in a garage.

She is quickly joined by two more teenage girls, who repeatedly shove and punch Naomi before dragging her onto the floor.

Naomi is then surrounded by a group of girls, who continue to punch, kick and hit her.

She lies helplessly on the floor while a friend of her assailants films the attack.

The bullies later posted the 10-minute video of the attack to social media, to further humiliate their victim.

“She walked halfway there and they picked her up,” her father, Wayne Johnson told KTVA Alaska.

“She walked into the garage, sat down and she was texting on the phone, and then somebody… got up on her pool table and started filming. And then a few seconds later they attacked her, so it was premeditated.”

While police have been sent video of the incident that took place on July 26, none of the teenage girls have been charged.

"This incident has been investigated and final reports are being sent to the Division of Juvenile Justice,” a statement from Anchorage Police Department said.

According to her parents Naomi was left severely injured after the attack and needed USD $40,000 worth of medical treatment, including an MRI scan on a lump on her carotid artery in her neck.

Naomi's parents told Fox 4 that they took her out of her school after it refused to suspend any of the girls allegedly involved because they go to classes on different days to her.

This came after the schoolgirl was allegedly sent a death threat by one of the girls, who is aged just 13.

"Things are just different now. I don't go to school. I don't hang out with my other friends," Naomi told Fox 4.

Mr Johnson is now suing one of the mothers of the girls involved.

The woman owns the home where the beating allegedly occurred.

In his lawsuit he has alleged that she “negligently and/or recklessly” allowed the beating to happen by not properly supervising the group.

He said the woman allowed the teens to drink at her home and failed to rescue or assist Naomi when the others were hitting her.
