ISIS nuclear holocaust for all who believe in democracy, German journalist warns

ISIS terrorists are planning a "nuclear tsunami" against the West and their power is being seriously underestimated, according to a reporter who was embedded with them for 10 days.

Former German politician turned journalist Jürgen Todenhöfer was the first Westerner allowed into Islamic State occupied territories in Syria and Iraq in 2014 where he gained an insight into the minds of the holy warriors.

"My family didn't hear from us for seven days. It was very difficult for my daughters," he told Express.

Over several months the 75-year-old negotiated with ISIS leadership online and using Skype, negotiating his passage and "hammering out the security details".

"My son ultimately accompanied me - against my will. He meant to protect me. And he filmed there."

They were kept under the watchful eye of "Jihad John", the infamous British-born executioner who plays the herald of death in ISIS execution videos.

Detailing his experience in a book Inside IS – Ten Days in the Islamic State, Todenhöfer warns "the West is drastically underestimating the power of ISIS" and "the terrorists plan on killing several hundred million people".

“Every day hundreds of willing fighters from all over the world come."

Two days after he returned to Germany, Todenhöfer said in an interview with RTL TV ISIL planned to establish a welfare and education system and provide education for girls.

Todenhöfer was critical of the US wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is believed this is the reason ISIS allowed him into their occupied territories.

With the release of the book, Todenhöfer now reveals that ISIS wants to deliver a “nuclear tsunami preparing the largest religious cleansing in history”.

The former MP with German Chancellor Angela Merkel's Christian Democratic Union has said previously ISIS fighters believed "all religions who agree with democracy have to die" and planned to extend their Caliphate across the globe.

The fighters plan to kill all people who do not follow the Koran, except for "people of the book", Christians and Jews.

“This is the largest religious cleansing strategy that has ever been planned in human history,” Todenhöfer told RTL.

"I don't see anyone who has a real chance to stop them. Only Arabs can stop IS. I came back very pessimistic, " he said.
