Russian driver purposely stops ambulance transporting patient

The driver of a prestige car that purposely blocked a sirens and lights wailing ambulance on a Russian freeway has defended his actions.

Dashcam footage from the ambulance shows the male driver of a red BMW intentionally prevent paramedics from passing him, forcing the vehicle to stop.

The ambulance was carrying an elderly patient suffering from thrombosis at the time of the September 15, which was captured on dashcam.

Video shows that the driver of the BMW got out of his car after he forced the ambulance to a stop on the open stretch of road between Zelenograd and Moscow.

The disruptive man, according to local Russian media, told paramedics they were not, by law, allowed to travel in the far left lane of the freeway, which is apparently false.
