Search for mystery newlyweds goes viral

Newly-weds lost in a moment of romantic bliss have become the unsuspecting subjects of a viral internet search.

The couple thought they were alone when they shared a tender kiss and loving embrace with the sun setting on Tower Bridge behind them.

Little did they know that one passerby had stood from afar and captured their special moment on camera.

Saber Miresmailli posted the image of the married couple online appealing to the 'Facebook Nation' to help him track them down.

He said: "They were alone and I didn’t see any photographer with them. I managed to shoot this picture with them and the London Bridge in the back ground.

"I have the high quality picture and I love to find them and give it to them as a gift."

One UK newspaper claimed the couple are Laura and James and now honeymooning in Bali, but Mr Miresmailli said he is yet to hear from them personally.

The image has been shared more than 266,000 times online.

Mr Miresmailli has since taken to Facebook apologising to the couple for the online frenzy and any unwanted attention.

"I am not really sure if the real couple actually appreciate the attention," he wrote today. "If my action made you uncomfortable, I do apologise! I have no motive for doing this beyond giving this picture to the couple."
