Trio of thieves smash cabinets, steal jewellery, cash, threaten worker, in brazen daylight armed robbery
Three masked men have been caught on security camera smashing their way into a jewellery store in Melbourne's north, and threatening a male employee with a gun.
The men can be seen smashing their way through the store at Broadway, Reservoir, shattering a glass cabinet with a wheel nut brace.
Police were told the armed robbers entered the store by kicking open a locked door about 3.10pm on Saturday.
The men stole a large amount of jewellery and cash from the cabinets and a safe, and can be seen on CCTV filling up a black sports bag before fleeing.
Nobody was injured as a result of the robbery.

Victoria Police detectives have released the footage and images of the three men and are calling on the public to help identify the men.
Each have been described as tall, with thin builds.
One man wore a black jumper, black pants and shoes, and had his head covered in a white material wrapping at the time of the robbery.
A second man wore a black hooded top with Adidas written across the back, black pants and shoes, a red face mask, and red gloves.
The third man was wearing a black hooded top, black pants and shoes, and a white face covering.
