Freight yard blaze damages semi-trailers

A fire that damaged three semi-trailers this morning is believed to have been started accidentally.

The fire started at 3am at a freight yard on Jones Street in O’Connor.

Eight firefighters fought the blaze, which caused an estimated $50,000 damage, a Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said.
