Man's body found next to the road on Sydney's North Shore

A crime scene has been established at Sydney's Lower North Shore, where a man's body has been found.

The man, believed to be in his mid 40s to late 50s, was found on a Mowbray Road nature strip about 6am Saturday, police said.

Police have told 7 News Online the man's death does not appear to be suspicious.

A crime scene has been established and investigations are ongoing.

Mowbray Road near Epping Road is reportedly closed in both directions.
