One of NSW's most wanted men arrested

New South Wales police have arrested one of state's most wanted men.

Van Quai Tran, 46, of Bonnyrigg Heights in western Sydney, was placed on NSW's most wanted list in 2011.

Tran allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl at a party in Bonnyrigg on July 17 2010, after giving her a spiked drink.

Police also alleged that Tran, along with a number of other men, sexually assaulted a woman at a motel in Casula on June 5 in 2011.

Officers arrested Tran in Fairfield, just before 8pm.

He has been charged and refused bail to appear in court later today.
