Legendary Eagles frontman Glenn Frey is back in Brisbane - this time flying solo, but still as popular as ever.
The singer-songwriter took Seven News on an exclusive trip back in time ahead of his only Queensland concert on Thursday night.
At 64, the man who inspired a generation, can’t wait to perform in front of a packed QPAC.
"I got that Peaceful, easy feeling," he said.
"I'll have to take a deep breath because I’ve been looking forward to this for so long."

Now he's solo, his fans are middle-aged, but his music hasn’t changed a bit.
For the six-time Grammy award winner, this is an excursion to Australia - a new album and those old Californian classics.
"I always start out playing a few Eagles songs in the beginning so everyone's relaxed, but then we rock out a little in the end so everyone’s happy," Frey said.
Frey has brought his own band abroad but will perform with some of Australia’s own stars, including the Queensland Pops Orchestra and special guest Troy Cassar-Daley.
