Amber alert cancelled after Sydney siblings found 'safe and well'

Two young Sydney siblings missing since Thursday have been located “safe and well” in regional Victoria.

The children were last seen at a home in Caringbah South on Thursday afternoon, and were thought to be with a 36-year-old woman and a man.

An Amber alert was issued after police from Miranda Local Area Command developed serious concerns for the 11- and 12-year-old siblings.

All four were found “safe and well” and spoken to about 12.30pm Saturday in regional Victoria, NSW Police said in a statement.

Police said there was no further information available but confirmed the Amber alert had been cancelled.
