Man's 'stupid' motocross stunt ends really badly

A motocross rider and a spectator appear to have been seriously injured after a attempt at a high-speed high-five went incredibly wrong.

In video footage we see the spectator standing at the edge of a motocross jump in Little Hocking, Ohio.

The man holds out his hand to give a high-five but the first motocross rider sees him and cancels his jump.

“Dude, I thought you were trying to tell me to stop,” he yells.

When a second rider attempts to jump, the spectator holds out his hand again and smiles for the camera.

This time, the rider does not slow down and the bike lands on the man’s right side.

The pair are thrown to the ground.

While the condition of both the rider and the spectator are unknown it’s assumed the spectator was seriously injured.

The spectator has since been criticised for the incredibly stupid stunt.

It's not the first time a stunt has gone wrong for a daredevil either.
