Residents call for change in Geraldton

People in Geraldton have had enough of finding used syringes in public places so they're calling for change.
The local council is trying to get more disposal bins for the area so people can dispose of the needles safely.
One Geraldton mother has told GWN7 News she never thought she would have to explain to her child what to do if he sees one.
Geraldton is not the only place with the problem.
Rubbish collection crews in Port Hedland and South Hedland say they too have noticed an increase in syringes that have not been disposed of correctly.
