You know an event is likely to be a hit when prominent Perthonalities have snapped up tickets of their own accord.
The organisers behind new Melbourne Cup bash Suited went out to create Perth's hottest Melbourne Cup party and it seems they are well on their way to reaching that goal, with tomorrow's event already boasting an enviable guest list.
Names including Adultshop boss Malcolm Day, entrepreneurs Zhenya and Lydia Tsvetnenko, fitness queen Renee Wauhop, high profile couple Barry Baltinas and Rebecca Frost and Dockers star Ryan Crowley and his model girlfriend Samara Tugwell are all expected to attend the soiree at the Urban Orchard in the Perth Cultural Centre.
Considering the event is not invitation only, the fact that so many social identities have bought tickets is a big coup for Suited. The first three ticket releases have already sold out and the final release is also selling fast.
Marketed as a Melbourne Cup celebration with a fashionable twist, the day will feature runway shows from Steph Audino, Politix and Mount Lawley boutique Something Borrowed.
The cult favourite designer rental store has just released imagery from its latest campaign starring WA beauty Sarah Tilleke and the colourful dresses will be among those featured on the Suited catwalk.
