Robe man charged over alleged drive-by shooting

A man from Robe has been charged over an alleged drive-by shooting in South Australia's south-east.

Police said a man was standing at the front door of his Lake Road home when a man known to him allegedly drove past and fired two shots towards the house.

The man was not injured, and while police searched the front yard and surrounding area they were unable to find any bullet holes or casings.

A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged with acts to endanger life.

He has been granted bail to appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court at a later date.
