Lotto luck strikes again
WA has another millionaire after last night's Lotto draw.
The ticket was sold at The Lucky Charm Newsagency in Noranda and was the only Division 1 winner across the country.
The Lucky Charm Newsagency in Noranda is no stranger to big Lotto wins. They sold a $20 million Powerball prize in February last year which was claimed by a family from the area.
Owner of the outlet Theo Popis said Noranda was the hub of Lotto luck.
"This is fantastic and has created an exciting vibe in the area.
“We had a strong feeling we would have another big winner soon as we're very lucky here.
“It's also created a great feel amongst the community as we come together and celebrate the news," he said.
Last night's win brings the tally of WA Division 1 winners this year to 31. These winners have shared in more than $45 million worth of prizes.
